SELLING: At Salamander Conveyancing all required certificates and searches are ordered as soon as instructions are received so that a Contract can be prepared and the property marketed for you as quickly as possible. In the event you already have reasonably current certificates from your purchase then we can prepare the Contract on the spot and provide it to you or your agent the same day.
Our competitive flat (fixed) fee ensures you are aware of all fees up front. All relevant charges, including search fees, government enquiry fees, registration fees, are also disclosed to you. Our total costs and charges will remain the same regardless of the property price or any further developments following our disclosure of costs to you.

We were remote buyers, which has the potential to make things much more complicated, but Sue helped us buy our property seamlessly. She was incredibly flexible, responsive and worked around our schedules and interests to make sure that the purchase went smoothly and on time. There were some issues with the property we bought, and the sellers situation that, required extra management and Sue managed these extremely effectively and effortlessly, always keeping us in the loop of progress.
