As a first time buyer they were very helpful in answering all my questions and providing me with the information I needed in order to go through the process as smoothly as possible. I really enjoyed the online platform and found this to be a great help when I wanted to look back on documents and a comfort when I had thoughts or comments I wanted to talk about at any time of day.

As a first time buyer, choosing a conveyancer seemed a daunting prospect. I couldn’t recommend MJP enough. They’ve made it so simple, relatively stress free and totally transparent throughout the whole process. Completely online which was even better for us seeing as we couldn’t be at the end of the phone all day everyday with work commitments. They also happened to be the cheapest quote we obtained which was the cherry on top.

MJP we're fantastic from start to finish, and continued to provide brilliant service well after completion. They are head and shoulders better than any other conveyancer or solicitor I have used in 35 years of buying houses. The systems they have in place are excellent and the team's attitude to customer service is extraordinarily high. Often I would post a message on the board last thing in the evening, and have a reply by 8:30 the next morning. Outstanding.

We have been using MJP for all our transactions in sale/ purchase, which have been 6 altogether. We absolutely cannot fault them. Their prices are very competitive and the online portal is a fantastic and neat tool for keeping an eye on the progress of things. We were first time buyers and got a fab quote for conveyancing through MJP. Best thing was to be able to get updates via the online portal. I feel this led to everything happening in a very timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a couple of queries being first timers, but received quick responses via the portal. I have just completed my first house purchase through MJP and they provided a brilliant and cost effective service. However the online portal is brilliant as you can see all the correspondence between MJP and the other solicitors involved. We recently made a house purchase through MJP. All aspects of the sale were through an online portal. It was comprehensive and user friendly. An App would have been very useful.

1. Online Portal - This is the far best portal I came across. Everything in details. Best place to upload, track and monitor progress.
2. Communication - They are really pro-active in terms of progress on purchase. Also, timely communication is their success key it seems. If you want their help just type your query in online portal and you get response within hour.

Second time using MJP now and will likely in the future. Always kept up to date and understanding of our frustrations when other solicitors have caused issues in the process. Thoroughly professional and great to have the online logbook which makes life far simpler and easier to track progress than just having to deal with emails back and forth.
