I was excited to try this place as it has a lot of good reviews for the service they offer. However I missed my appointment for personal reasons (my bad) however the person I spoke to in regards to re-schedule the appointment was incredibly rude, charged me full price for missing the appointment (most places don’t charge full price, but a fee, they also don't send you a confirmation nor a reminder a day before like most places do) and she made me feel really terrible about missing it. Sometimes things happen in people’s life and appointments can be missed, but you don’t need to treat people

I am so so pleased and thankful I found The Aesthetic Lounge! I went in with problem skin and after 3 treatments it’s already looking so much better. I have been seeing Yasmine and Lana for years and i wouldn't trust anybody or anywhere else to look after my skin needs . I have the utmost confidence and respect for the girls and now my daughter attends the clinic . The only thing i am sorry for , is taking so long to write a review. All the girls at the clinic are so professional , passionate and commited. I thoroughly recommend !

I have been a client of The Aesthetic Lounge in Hampton St Hampton since they opened.
I would not even consider going anywhere else for my facials and treatments. The staff are always extremely professional and courteous. Nothing is ever a problem. It is like walking into a beautiful calm sanctuary.
I have had no hesitation recommending them to my family and friends.....and in fact, continue to do so.

I have gone to Aesthetic Lounge for IPL treatments (removal of unwanted hair) and also had my eyebrows shaped. They take a lot of pride in everything that they do.
