Specialist occupational therapy and neurological rehab for people living with Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and other progressive neurological conditions, and those who have experienced a stroke, traumatic brain injury and other acquired brain injury.

At NeuYou, we use a range of movement approaches to target your specific symptoms. We aim to improve strength, range of movement and endurance, whilst reducing pain and stiffness, to improve how you carry out everyday functional tasks. Our overall goal is always to maximise your independence and improve the quality of your life.
At NeuYou, we offer a weekly schedule of Parkinson's exercise classes to support you in challenging and motivating yourself. WHAT you do and HOW you do it matter when it comes to promoting brain health and driving positive neuroplastic change. To target your symptoms, both motor and non-motor, exercise needs to combine power, amplitude, effort, thinking, sensation, balance and fun.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme provides individualised support for eligible people with permanent and significant disability, their families and carers. We are able to see NDIS participants with a plan that is plan managed or self managed. NDIS participants will be asked to sign a service agreement that outlines agreed services and recommended hours.
Qualifying in the UK in 2008, I started my OT life in social services providing equipment and home modifications to people. As rewarding as this can be, I longed to get more involved with the people I worked with, building longer term relationships, and to help people regain their own abilities and strengths to return some quality to their life.
Based in Bankstown, NeuYou Rehab provides a mobile service to the surrounding areas of Sydney. We will visit you at home or in the local community, as required. NeuYou Rehab welcomes the opportunity to work with you by providing the occupational therapy supports you need to help you reach your goals.
