Osteopathy is a holistic treatment for pain and discomfort that has been practised for over 100 years. It is a system of manual therapy that uses hands-on techniques to assess, diagnose and treat the entire musculoskeletal system. All Australian-trained Osteopaths have undergone a minimum 5 years full-time university education.
Trigger point dry needling is a relatively new and modern approach to treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries both acute and chronic. It is based on western medicine and scientific research, and it utilises knowledge of anatomy and principles of neurophysiology. Dry needling is not acupuncture, it is therapy based on myofascial release.
Whether you have a short-term injury or condition, or suffer from long-term chronic back pain, Wollongong Osteopathy can help. Our osteopaths are highly experienced in treating all types of back pain. We work with every patient in an individual way to ensure your diagnosis, treatment and management for short-term pain relief and long-term prevention strategies are tailored to your injury and/or condition, your body and lifestyle.

I have been receiving treatment by Lauren throughout my pregnancy. She has made growth during the third trimester especially more comfortable in preparation for labour. Her enjoyment in helping others feel their best shows through. Able to find twist and niggles I didn't know I had. Highly recommend!

The professionalism, caring and understanding by the whole team at Wollongong Osteo is outstanding.
I first visited Wollongong Osteo after a period of approximately 9 months of being unable to walk more than 100m without excruciating pain, spending thousands of dollars on visiting a myriad of specialist and surgeons without any results. During my first consult with Cameron, the first thing I noticed was that he actually listened to me, asked relevant questions and was extremely honest and professional. At that consult, Cameron said he thought he new what the problem was, but was not 100% certain

My partner and I see Cameron and we have found him to be very professional. We have both been to many different practitioners in the Osteopath field and other modalities. Having played high level sports I suffer from degeneration which Cameron relieves my pain every time I see him. I would highly recommend Wollongong osteopathy clinic as I have found them to be very effective in their treatments on my partner and myself. I have recently moved to the mid North Coast and make a point of going to Wollongong to see Cameron every time I go to the city.
