Lazy and time wasters not customer focused and or responsive to quotes that they cant complete and or respond to advising of "unable to fix" the problem or recommend a fellow within industry. 5 star though for creating revenue for their own gain in labour because they dont know how unscrew and relaese air con cover by their staff to look at problem.... which can be done within 15 minutes by a competent person. We are all busy mate but Paul if you struggle, takes come customer servive classes and or train your p.a. to trouble shoot and be an effective P.A

Disgraceful service !
Paid $240 to have a full vehicle inspection. The mechanics diagnosed $4300 worth of work which I was happy to proceed with.
The truck was scheduled in for two days of work which dragged out to over 6 days, leading me having to hire another truck.
The invoice was paid in full on pickup. Two leaks that were diagnosed to be repaired in the inspection were not even fixed. I brought the truck back to them within two days and they fixed one leak which took 3 days instead of two hours which they said it would take. Then for them to say that the remaining leak was not what was

Truly amazed by the service here. I did a silly thing and brought a bus without a check and drove from Qld to Adelaide to pick her up. Went to get her checked over and she was a big dud. Paul not only helped me check her out in his own time, he took pity on my foolishness and spent another hour or so trying to find me a suitable safe replacement. I honestly haven't had this kind of service and attention for a very long time. They treated everyone with the utmost respect while I was there too. No customer was treated any different.
Next time I'm in Adelaide it will be the only mechanic I go to

I recently had my engine removed and replaced by Direct Automotive Repairs.
I stumbled upon Direct Automotive Repairs when my timing belt snapped coming off the expressway 500m from the business. I pulled over to the side at the same time a gentlemen who works there was walking along the footpath. He took the time to have a chat about what could have possibly gone wrong and directed me to the shop.
Paul from Direct kept in contact with me at every stage and consulted with me on everything he planned on doing as well as keeping me up to date with the costings. The whole process (whilst very daunting
