Was very impressed with Alvin and the team from beginning to end - they were professional, super helpful, and very approachable for when I had any questions (which was a few times as this was my first house build/move).
The turnaround from the initial call to the completed drawings was incredible and the quality of the drawings was fantastic
Overall it was a good experience and excellent value for money. Would recommend to anybody - thanks again Alvin!

Alvin is the most pleasant professional person I have ever conducted business with. He communicates in a way that a lay person can easily understand, and advises on the codes relevant to the project without being at all condescending. It has been a pleasure to work with Alvin over the years regarding residential projects. While our involvement was just structural, I have seen Alvin take on a large variety of interesting and strange projects. With his calm character, he seems to be happy doing both the interesting, ridiculous and the simple. Ive seen him also jump on the tools for his own personal projects. This is a great asset to have in an architect, especially when putting forward cost effective renovation solutions.

Good service at the start, but then realised they never put a window in one of my bedrooms, which they new wouldnt comply with council approvals. Got told they dont draw in windows all the time to houses this was delaying my project as they told me I had to wait as they extremely busy and cant do it anytime soon even though its their error will not recommend
