Newly built in 2014, Marri Gum Family Dental was designed by our dentists, brothers Dr Adrian Eng and Dr Robert Eng. Our family dental practice caters to all ages, from children to adults, giving comfortable care that looks after your needs. We're passionate about providing dental care that addresses all of your concerns, whether you seek to relieve pain or achieve the smile of your dreams.
The Marri Gum Family Dental team support our patients by providing a warm, welcoming environment in which you can achieve better oral health or get the smile of your dreams. Sarah is our Practice Manager, she is one of the first smiling faces that you see when you attend the surgery. Originally from the UK, Sarah thoroughly enjoys the sunshine, travelling and her home here in Australia.
The Marri Gum Family Dental team offers your family complete dental care, from toddlers to grandparents. Our comfortable, inviting clinic provides a range of procedures and treatments to help you maintain good oral health and wellbeing. You can rest assured that our dental laboratory in Perth is by highly-trained technicians, allowing us to maintain strict quality control over the products we deliver.
The accreditation of private dental practices' is based on the integration of a set of National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards into everyday practice culture and patient safety. These standards harmonise regulatory requirements passed down by both Federal and State governments, with highlights being the demonstration of clear and evidence based patient benefits when visiting an accredited practice.
Brothers Dr Robert Eng and Dr Adrian Eng grew up around the dental profession and have both followed in their dentist father's footsteps. Now as fathers themselves, they both have a deep understanding of the need for healthy oral hygiene habits at a young age, and can help you maintain your oral health well into your later years.

Marri Gum family dental went above and beyond for my daughter. Dr Eng explained everything extremely well and made my 6 year old daughter actually enjoy the experience, she was chuffed to get praised for her calmness and co-operation and even got a special high 5! I would highly recommend this dental practice and I know as new members of the Byford community we will definitely be using this service again! Thanks again.

I had a previously bad experience with a different dentist. Dr Rob was gracious, caring & put me at ease. I can't thank him & staff enough. Nor will I ever go anywhere else. I usually put going to the dentist off till I am in severe pain. This time I went in early & early intervention is paramount, despite my initial fears. Highly recommended Marri Gum & thankyou for making the dentist a little less apprehensive.

Excellent Service!! Highly recommend!! Best dental practice I know! Today I had a Wisdom tooth extraction and I was feeling a bit anxious. Rob was AMAZING at calming my nerves, taking the time to make sure I was ok the whole way through. My family and I have been coming here for a few years now in which we have been cared for from both Dr Rob & Dr Adrian with such down to earth, and genuine quality care. Dental assistants, reception staff are always very welcoming, friendly and helpful too. Very highly recommend!! Thank you Marri Gum Family Dental!

Absolutely the best dentist I have ever had the experience to have. Adrian and his staff are magnificent. From Sarah at the desk to Cass on the nurse duties through to Adrian and his wonderful work. Dentist are feared by most of us and we only go when we are in pain. Marri Gum made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. Would definitely recommend the whole crew.

Wow wow wow, what an amazing experience. I’d put having my teeth done for so many years and was to be honest, scared of going to a dentist due to a previous bad experience but today all those fears where put to rest after the care from all staff and the outstanding dental work that I received. I cannot say in enough words how much today meant to me and how I was made to feel like family during and after my dental work. Thank you so much and I recommend anyone scared or just needing the basic treatment to go see the guys and girls at Marri Grove Family Dental you won’t regret it.

Due to a previous unpleasant experience I hadn't been to the dentist for years but I couldn't put it off any longer and although recommended, I reluctantly made my way to Marri Gum. However since then I go every 6 months, Rob and Adrian (the dentists) are amazing, they put you at ease and it is no longer a nerve racking thought. The reception staff and hygienist are also great.

I couldn’t recommend Marri Gum enough! From the most recent technology to the beautiful staff - they’re awesome. Both Dr Rob & Dr Adrian go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They explain step by step what they’re doing & with their up to date technology are able to show you exactly what is going on with your teeth & explain ways to help improve them. I have never enjoyed going to a dentist before - until my recent experiences with Marri Gum. Thank you so much Dr Rob & Dr Adrian & staff! :-)

Wonderful dentists who care about the patients they are seeing. I can’t speak highly enough of them. My children all get their dental work done at Marri Gum. We normally see Dr Robert Eng but today we had to see Dr Adrian Eng and he was just as professional and gentle on my son as his brother. They have a great way of putting children at ease with having dental work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Oh and the rest of the staff are wonderful as well!!!!

Highly recommend Marri Gum Dental! Absolutely the best dental care I have ever received! Clean, tidy and professional environment. All the staff are lovely, and I love that Rob takes the time to explain what he is doing throughout the procedures. Dental nurses are all extremely professional too. I used to dread getting Dental work done until I started seeing Rob and Adrian at Marri Gum Dental, I can safely say that dental visits are now a pleasure!

I went to Marri Gum Dental on Saturday for the first time; in fact, it was my first visit to any dentist in over 7 years! My last time left me feeling very unhappy and bullied into services I didn’t want at the time. I made an appointment with Dr Robert after breaking one of my molars on Friday. I was instantly put at ease, Dr Robert explained… everything as he examined my tooth and he reassured me that he would 100% listen to me when we were ready to fix the tooth, he explained the options available to me and I walked out of the practice less than 40 mins later with my tooth repaired

Im such a anxious person when it comes to the dentist you wouldn't believe one person could have so much fear, I knew I needed a tooth extraction and I was terrified, BUT omg Adrian was amazing I was made to feel relaxed as soon as we walked in, the green whistle helped I was relaxed and able to get through what ever came my way, even booked in again to get more work done wow, what a impression thanks guys Debbie Stovin
