Absolutely disgraceful company. Elderly mother had booked an appointment for pick up and on arrival was told it wouldn't cost too much as it wasn't a lot of stuff.
Later that day she recieves an $800 invoice!
Nice to see that during a pandemic your priority is ripping off elderly women.

Micheal at 1300-Got-Junk was fast and very efficient. He arrived on time (same day service on a Saturday) the whole job was quoted up front with no surprises. He took all my old eWaste and old appliances, including my ancient CRT TV and I’m happy to see it go to be recycled or donated and not wind up in landfill.
