Just had the best experience with Junk King, called them up late yesterday and they had guys there early the next morning. Gave us a call and quoted us very fairly then did us a huge favour in taking away all our junk that ended up being a truck full. Definitely recommend this company and will come back if we ever need removal again, thank you!

It was not cheap but we were willing to get the job done hassle free. We called a number of other companies, most did not have any of the insurances required by the building management as opposed to Junk removalists. Alester prepared the documentation in no time and we had the trucks coming and loaded as per scheduled after business hours as required by building strata.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. If you are seeking a professional service, don't look any further. As soon as I have called their number they answered promptly , a kind team member could clarify all my questions. I was a bit concerned as I have had a previous company that I engaged that didn’t show up nor bother to explain why. I was promised a driver and fellow assistance would be there within the time window agreed upon and they indeed show up with a very presentable truck, wearing company uniforms and doing all we have spoken over the phone. 5 stars indeed. No issues at all

We were charged $400 for taking two mattresses and a disassembled bed. The two guys were on time, and called 45 minutes before to say they were on their way. They were quick and polite. Only criticism was that the actual price was more than the quote, but was still around the same price as other quotes we got.
