Advance Rehab Centre
Specialising in assessment & rehabilitation for people with neurological and complex disability, we are a trusted and established provider to over 12,000 people. Every day, we help people improve their daily living skills, health and well being following a stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, and help those with long-term conditions like Parkinson's, MS and MND manage their lives better.

It's both our expertise and our passion. 60 minutes of circuit based exercise with education to promote function and support independence. For individuals with MS who want support to participate in neuroactive exercise to manage their condition within a small group of peers. Knowledge to support choices in lifestyle and exercise plus functional gains in strength, balance and fatigue levels to promote activity and confidence.
Services
We are a team of experienced multi disciplinary clinicians working in a community based rehab service. Over the last 12 years we have built a reputation as one of the most progressive neurological rehab services in Australia. We have a rehab clinic located in the Lower North Shore of Sydney and a community team covering most of Metro Sydney.
We believe that intensity is essential if you want to achieve functional change and build your independence. The human brain is amazing and has a huge capacity to re-wire itself to become as efficient as possible when responding to changes in mobility, cognition and ability due to brain or spinal cord damage.
Our mobile service covers most of metropolitan Sydney servicing private homes, nursing homes, residential villages and places of work and leisure. We can see you in the local pool, gym or park too! Being seen in your own home makes therapy relevant and specific to your immediate environmental needs.
The LEXO, a new state-of-the art robotic gait training device, has arrived in Australia and is only available at Advance Rehab Centre. Bringing together the best from traditional gait training and the latest in robotic technology, the LEXO is revolutionising gait rehabilitation for those presenting with stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Cerebral Palsy and many other neurological conditions.
One of the supports that may be funded for participants within the NDIS scheme is Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). SDA refers to accommodation for people who require specialist housing solutions, including to assist with the delivery of supports that cater for their extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.
