I placed an order for x2 enchanted waters DMAE & MSM, and made payment. A few days later, received a refund fo 1 item and another notification that my order had been shipped!! Contacted Seller for clarification of what was happening. Received a response that they found they only had x1 item so refunded the other. I think it is poor service to list items for sale that you do not have in stock, and then to refund without any explanation until requested.
