We located in Brisbane, ordered a fridge through a middle guy from cyberchill.
I don’t know which party organised the delivery service in Brisbane. But the delivery guy just left the fridge in the middle of food court, without unpacking it nor taking the fridge down from the wooden rack.
Please think carefully before you order a fridge from them.

An old woman who claimed she’s the owner called and harassed me after I tried to tell the fact online. Was really disappointed with the way they handle problems.
