I have used Nigel from Refrigeration Solutions on 3 separate occasions and have only had positive experiences. I can't comment on the review withe the expensive fan without knowing the details. If it was the whole condensor fan unit then it sounds reasonable. In our situation Nigel was fair and his honesty was beyond reproach. On the 1st occasion we had a leak on our central compressor that services our hotel refrigeration, and our previous suppliers, sub zero, could not find the leak and identified a condensor unit in one of our fridges as needing replacement. I had a fan changed in one of my Barrista fridge. They sent me an invoice for $785. When I spoke to the guy, he reduced by $100. It is still a rip off. I never go back to this company. They charged $328 for cost of the fan and I am told it is less than $100 to buy. . Labour charge is 3 1/2 hours of which 1 1/2 hours is to pick up the fan. Stay away from these guys
