Poor customer service. Made an online purchase and next day received a credit for the same amount and no communication from the company whether they had cancelled the order. Sent a follow up email and no response.

Asked to quote for a repair. Said the door couldn’t be repaired and quoted $3000 to replace. Got someone else in who repaired the door for $250,

Great company to deal with. Responded quick to emails. Garage door remotes arrived on time, as described, super simple, and alot cheaper than anywhere else. 👍

Good range of products but be wary of particular products that do not meet or exceed standards. One product i found was a tilta door spring that did not hold a tighter tension in the spring. Specs of new spring were smaller diameter and spring guage wire was under size.
I had mentioned it to the seller but he said it will work but when installed it was not rated the same. Sellers attitude changed for the worse when asked for suggestions what to do.
