Quite apart from the outstanding aesthetics of the Fit Kidz centres that are immediately noticeable upon entering a Fit Kidz centre, it is the programming and the resources that are provided to the children that give them the best opportunity to play, explore, discover and learn. This is how children develop the essential skills for analysing, understanding and processing their world around them.
We have a very sophisticated phone system, which is part of a "wide area network" covering all the Fit Kidz Centres. As you know, we encourage you to contact us at any time, and to encourage this we provide Direct-In-Dial numbers for each playroom, by-passing reception, so that you can be connected directly to your child's carers at any time.

I previously gave this place a glowing 5 star review.
However, As the other reviewer said below, they’re “great if nothing goes wrong”.
I really thought the educators and frontline team were brilliant. I was a strong advocate right up until the day I had a minor issue.
When I tried to resolve a minor issue we were having by contacting the head office, we were treated with contempt by the business and experienced an appalling outcome for our child.
The most important thing when choosing a child care service is trust, and based upon what I experienced, Sadly, I can no longer recommend or

I am so impressed by the teachers at Fit Kidz. I cannot stress enough how wonderful they are and how easy to communicate with them. I had full confidence in the centres ability to take care of my child. On Willow's first day, they gave me a phone call to reassure that she is ok and having fun. That was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Miss Ally, Miss Alicia, Mr Ryan and Miss Louise for taking good care of my little Tasmanian Devil (Looney Tunes character). She loves coming to school so much - learning, playing and sometimes sleeping.
