Sandra worked for many years in Hospitality and Business Management, and whilst observing the behaviour of customers and staff became fascinated with the possibilities presented by Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). This eventually led to her true passion, which is helping others transform their lives.

We estimate around 90%. the other 10% usually don't want to quit smoking, e.g. they say they do, but don't. The Blood pressure adjusts to natural levels, pulse rate adjusts to normal levels and the body temperature of the hands and feet increase to normal. The Carbon Monoxide level drops to normal and the oxygen level in the blood increases to normal.

Sandy is amazing at what she does! Not only did she help me let go and get over family issues / trauma but she also equipped me with tools to use in the real world.
