I recently had 2 sessions with Abby. First one was to help me with a sugar addiction. The other one was life planning. He is very wise, knowledgeable and professional. I got a lot of out of Abby's media training workshops. I got vital practice and feedback on my public speaking skills, as well as being able to talk succinctly and intelligently about a topic, cutting down on the "um's and ahs", slang and other inappropriate language. Being able to speak eloquently has greatly increased my confidence in both business, networking, and socialising.

I am a full time currency trader and did a 6 session program with Abby to help identify limiting beliefs and habits in order to take my trading to the next level of profitability. His in-depth knowledge and skilful use of NLP helped identify certain self-sabotage patterns which we could work on to establish a more holistic and healthy trading approach. Abby facilitated some deep insights into some of my behavioural biases, and his skills helped to re-frame these and then provide a structure to move towards better, more effective trading habits.
