Nicole and Amber are both excellent colorists. Recently Nicole achieved a wonderful result with my hair by removing colour then blending my grey with my blonde. I’m so happy with the result. It takes a highly skilled colourist to do what she did, and they didn't charge the earth! Highly recommend.

1st visit to Umina Hair & Beauty and was very happy. They fitted me in last minute (due to a cancellation) . Amber was great a took the time to ask me what I wanted. And she did a brilliant job.

The staff are friendly and listen to what you want. I have only had two hair cuts and highlights done there and each time I have been very happy with the way my hair looked.

Came in here with my daughter Monday. When I approached the shop I wasn’t greeted although gave benefit of the doubt, I approached the counter and two girls (one as rough as all looking)finally asked me what I would like done. As I began to tell her, her personal mobile rang and once again I stood around to wait. At this point I decided this hairdresser wasn’t the one for me. Sad as I only live 3 streets away

Amber is an artist. She’s extremely passionate about her work and is the first hairdresser I have ever gone to that made me feel like she actually cared what the outcome was, rather than another client to get in and out the door. Thanks for being brilliant!

I went in for a wash, haircut blow dry and my hair straightened. Demi did a great job and was very friendly. I loved the finished results.

Worst 1st impression. Booked 3 weeks in advance, never received a phone confirmation, was late on the way there due to accident and arrived 20 mins late. They did not take me in as they were overly booked. They weren’t fussed in telling me bad luck though a phone call to advise would’ve been appreciated or some sort of care. Waste of time and felt very insignificant, they did not batter an eyelid in telling me they couldn’t see me
