Holistic Kinesiology is an integrative form of complementary medicine that promotes physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual health. Kinesiology is a dynamic modality of encompassing ancient wisdom from eastern traditions and modern knowledge from western science.

Any person of any age (new born to the elderly) and with any need or disability can benefit from Kinesiology. I've had sessions with Natalia when I've been feeling a bit confused about how to help myself and stuck in my own head.

Natalia is an AKA and ATMS accredited Holistic Kinesiologist, Mind & Body Medicine practitioner and certified Studio Pilates Teacher. She is very passionate about supporting clients in their journey of self-discovery, educating them about healthy lifestyle, mind and body connection and nutrition.

Natalia's gentle and nurturing approach empowers clients to take responsibility for their physical and emotional wellbeing which brings her clients a sense of freedom and purpose.Natalia discovered Holistic Kinesiology in 2010 and has been developing her knowledge and skills ever since. She is currently undertaking the Advanced Diploma in Integrative Medicine through the College of Complimentary Medicine.

Muscle monitoring is done by the Kinesiologist placing a muscle into a specific position and apply-ing light pressure in order to establish the muscle's response.

A form of energy balancing that combines the knowledge of Chinese acupuncture, osteopathy, nutrition, psychology and the subtle energy bodies (chakras). It promotes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health emphasising health maintenance, disease prevention, client education and client responsibility.
Stress is a normal physical response to something that threatens us, whether that's a real or perceived threat. The stress response is known as "fight or flight", where your nervous system releases a flood of hormones to get your body ready to react to the threat. Your heart pounds faster, blood pressure rises, breathing quickens, blood is diverted away from non-vital organs and into muscles, and your senses become sharper.

I won't lie I was skeptical about Kinesiology, but as I like to try new things I was intrigued..
I may not have been the typical client of hers and I think asked more questions of her than she was used to, however I will say that Natalia is off the wall good at what she does, I've never met anyone as perceptive, smart and well grounded as her. Combine that with her naturally caring nature, its no doubt she's amazing at what she does...
I don't really know how to describe what she does, best to read her bio... but I will say she's a pretty special person and does what she does amazingly well.

I was a sceptic, a massive sceptic. My first session with Natalia was lovely, however it wasn't until I booked into my second session with clear clarity on what my issues were (discovered through homework from session 1!) that I saw a massive breakthrough! Natalia is warm, welcoming and comforting. Can not recommend highly enough!

I felt instantly comfortable with Natalia. After my first session I gained deeper understanding of myself and accurate insight on areas for my work. And it’s only been up from there. Natalia is highly tuned in her work, calm and generous. She’s an integral part of a lovely transformation for me and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I can’t recommend Natalia enough! She is very knowledgeable and can understand you and your needs. She is very intuitive, warm and supportive. She makes you feel comfortable and accepted allowing you to be honest and open.
Session with her is eye opening and transforming. She helped me understand myself and my body better then anyone, explain root causes on both physical and emotional and give me tools to use going forward!
If you haven’t been to see her, you are missing out. I highly recommend her!
