I cannot recommend cabe development to anyone. The house build from start to finish felt like pulling teeth with a pair of pliers.
Did not complete as per contract
Finishing is bad and not worth the money spent
Management of subcontractors and build is poor
Not one honest bone in anyone in that company from top level to bottom level
Defects never rectified
Entire St of project build has gone to fair trading and it was under the wish of Cabe.
Good luck it anyone building with them.
