As a first home buyer, buying off the plan, I had no idea what the process involved. Peter from Aland was extremely helpful explaining what needed to be done at every stage. He kept me in the loop with all the updates making sure I was comfortable with every decision that was made. Peter made the whole experience enjoyable. Very grateful to Clint from ALAND who guided me expertly through the process of buying my new apartment as a first home buyer. Nothing has been too much trouble and I only have positive things to say about my whole experience.
