Couldn't be more happy with Atish, had a gaming laptop that was having some issues, gave it a full clean and service pictures and all for good peace of mind, also got a ram upgrade and he also advised that unnecessary upgrades that I did not need or the expense was not worth it. Good to know he doesn't want to rip you off as he genuinely wants to help and keep budget and costs in mind. Would definitely recommend for all laptop and desktop needs.

Computer wouldn't boot, just kept crashing on startup, rang up and was able to take my computer in straight away, he ran a quick test, told me what the faults could be and the price of each part.
Picked my computer up a few hours later after finding it needed a part replaced and now it works better than before.
Would recommend.

Like most of you I depend a great deal on my PC and was surprised and concerned when it would not turn on yesterday. I tried everything I knew to do; I have a son in IT and got his advice as well. Nothing helped. It was Sunday and I thought I had buckleys of getting anything done that day. I made a couple of phone calls and Hatish was wonderful. I was able to take it to him and he got straight to work. He spent quite a lot of time trying things; power supply and motherboard both needed to be replaced; he called me that evening with the report; following morning we talked options, and I picked up

Don't go to this place unless you want to be ripped off. Below par repairs. A complete disappointment.
Twice used, disappointment both times.
Second time, left my computer there, kept on waiting as he said he is waiting for a part. Finally went there and he said, he disposed off the laptop. I asked why he didn't ring me before doing so. No answer.......
