The dedication and care this company shows to their customers is beyond respectable. After experiencing a wave of problems with our home PC, I called TechSolvers in hopes to have a painfree solution. That was exactly what I got, with originally Steve assisting me in sorting out the problem myself. He was patient and calm throughout the entire thing. I was unable to fix it myself and took it in the following day. It was fixed in a matter of hours by Andrew.
Following taking our PC home, we were struggling to reboot the proper drive for windows 10. And I called for help once more. Andrew was incredible

I had our internet go down in one of our Physiotherapy clinics due to a cabling issue. I called up about the issue (needing immediate help), and Natasha and Stephen were really helpful. Although it turned out that they couldn't fix my issue, Stephen called around to find a local technician who could! Such great service, despite knowing that they wouldn't be getting any immediate business from me.

Something that is very confusing and time consuming for me and saved me loads of time for a reasonable price. Highly Recommended.

After taking my gaming laptop in for repairs, which once found needed a fair bit of work doing, Steve and his team made sure that the work was completed to a high standard. At one point my laptop had to be sent off to Asus due to technical repairs which Steve organised and kept me up to date about as soon as he could tell me. Despite covid and all the delays my laptop came back better than before fully repaired with all issues solved. I would highly recommend Steve and his team!

This technology firm delivers five star service. From the initial phone conversation with Natasha who arranged a home visit when I had no internet access, landline & very poor mobile reception. Andrew Bruce was a very professional, obliging & patient technology expert who handled every issue I had with a data transfer to a new laptop from a PC plus Telstra NBN constant dropouts. Yesterday I had to engage his services again after having no internet access for nearly a week. He stayed & phoned Telstra on his own mobile & patiently waited for a response from the call centre.
