Here are some of Ginger's tips for looking after yourself if you are a new mum. Her opinions are coloured by her knowledge and expertise as an osteopath. Ginger has been on parental leave looking after her gorgeous bub Harper but is returning to the clinic on a part-time basis very soon. Back pain, hip pain and pelvic pain are all common symptoms in pregnancy but that doesn't mean that we can't fix them!

Over the last few months many sports have resumed, and many people are getting back to their usual exercise routines from before the year that was 2020. From this, we have been getting a lot of tendon-related injuries in the clinic as a lot of bodies aren't used to the increased demands from competition.

To say I dont look after my body is an understatement. Each and every time I have been to see James, I feel better, less stiff and the headaches improve. Highly reccomend.

Megan is excellent. I would say I had what felt like/ was severe sciatic pain during my pregnancy, after seeing her, after two treatments and following her exercises I have no pain at all now. She is professional, and always made me feel so comfortable and at ease which is so important especially when I felt so uncomfortable in myself.
