Spoke to Mark over the phone and after still not figuring out what was wrong with my tail gate lifted I arrived at his shed and we both went over it. We found the problem and Mark didn’t want any money. He was professional, helpful and I never felt I was taking up his time. Although I discovered the issue Mark and his team were very friendly as we were all dumb founded on the problem. Highly recommend this business on customer service alone.
