The idea of Stella's Light Healing began many years ago practicing on friends and family. In the winter of 2006 through a mutual friend I was introduced to Peter Adherne. He became a good friend and a spiritual mentor. During his time mentoring and guiding me he had inspired and directed me to strengthen my spiritual awareness through meditation classes and harnessing my intuition using a range of exercises.
In October of 2013 I made the decision to formally establish Stella's Light Healing in honour of Peter and Uncle Joe. I wanted to create a healing hub aimed to empower clients to see the light within themselves and how to take the next steps on their own. With my intuition I approach each healing session in a unique way by reading the client's energy.

Services
Cupping has been developed over time from its original use by various First Nations people from all over the world. They used objects such as hollowed out animal horns as cups to drain the toxins out of snakebites and skin lesions. Over time the use of animal horns had evolved into bamboo cups, which were eventually replaced by what we use today, glass and plastic moulded cups.
Reiki is a healing technique that was created by Dr. Mikao Usui in 1920. The word Reiki is derived from the Japanese kanji alphabet where 'rei' means 'universal life force' and 'ki' translates to 'energy'. So Reiki is actually 'universal life force energy'. The energy exists within all of us and all that surrounds us.
Although ear candling is said to be an ancient practice, its origin and history are unclear as there's no fossil remains or ear candles found in a museum, but rather an oral tradition passed down through generations.
However, the manufacturer of Naturhelix ear candles, a Hungarian company, "have found surprising and undeniable evidence for the ancient use of ear candling as a health-promoting method: Hungarian ethnographers spent a long period of time in the '90s with the ancient Siberian Khanty people and did ethnographic research on their lives" (CMA, UK).

Facial Candling is very similar to the Body Candling treatment as I use the same candles and process. However, the candle end is not placed in the ear or on areas of the body but directly on your sinus zones and third eye were it may reduce wax congestion. Body Candling is very similar to the Ear Candling treatment as I use the same candles and process.
