Most of these reviews don't match the service I have received from these guys for nearly a decade. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and like all good second hand parts dealers, busy. All second hand parts suppliers in this industry can come across rude if you're not used to dealing with them. These guys have always been great to deal with for us, and some of the obscure parts they have available is incredible.

I normally never leave reviews, but the service i received from Brayden was outstanding.
I came across an ad on gumtree for a genuine type x centre garmish, and within minutes i received a reply, Brayden not only polished the item for me, he even sourced a bulb holder from a R34 free of charge.
Exceptional service, professionalism, knowledge and price (way cheaper than i could import form japan).

Customer service is utter crap from these people. I get happy to think I may find the right car parts. But instead they say don't waste our time. Don't have such steep prices than maybe I won't have to. This is not how you run a business. Learn to treat people with respect.

Dirty, disorganised, asking prices ridiculous and not a great attitude. If they didn't try and win the lotto with every part they sold they might gain loyalty and referrals which in turn would improve their revenue and hopefully put a smile on their faces.
