I purchase a suspension part for my Soarer, unfortunately there was an issue with it, I brought it to King Auto's attention, not only did they pick the faulty part up but gave me a full refund, I can't speak highly enough of their customer service and guarantee's , first class service and follow up..

Highly recommend. I literally tried over 50 wreckers for parts for a vehicle we are repairing. King Auto Parts is the only wrecker that had all the parts we needed and at a great price. Thank you Andrew. We'll definitely do business with you in the future.

I would not recommend this business bunch of dogs on the phone rude I bought bonnet for Audi I paid what they asked me when delivered to shop I opened the box it was full of hail damaged I call the sales man and explained to him not even apologised instead swearing I told him I will give you 1 star and he said I know your business name I will give you 1 star as well he said that’s how they work avoid this business they are dodgy as a small business owner never see like that customer service

Had a horrible experience with staff members. Such a big lier as they told us the parts we wanted arrived in there store and when we went to there to pick the part we were told that it hasn’t arrived and instead blamed us for their fault and negligence. Never seen such a manner less, rude and disgusting people in my entire life. Had to travel thrice for one part which I never got and never been apologized as well. Will never advice anyone to visit them.
