Owners Jan and Warren Malcolm built up a large and financially secure pre-mixed concrete business over the following 25 years. Under the Concrite brand, the business grew to supply around 10% of the New South Wales market. Concrite was sold to Boral Limited in 2001 and continues as a business unit under the that name.
