At 1.45pm today (18/10/19) on Hale St then Waterworks Rd, in relaxed traffic, a "POOL BLITZ" truck 014-W-- nearly ran me and other cars off the road, for absolutely no reason. The driver was male, short-haired, aggressive & erratic. He veered left & right, nearly colliding with a vertical concrete wall & then a passing ambulance. He honked at drivers at a red light and then tailgated them. He took both hands off the steering wheel while driving fast around a corner so he could yell at other innocent drivers. He stopped almost dead still in a Clearway without warning for no reason then sped off
