Services
During the current restrictions, most pool shops still provide contactless services to ensure the health of your pool & spas. Contact your local pool shop for click & collect and home delivery services. Our products contain numerous patented technologies that give them unique advantages over the rest.
Robotic pool cleaners work independently from the filter and pump and are driven by an electric motor inside the unit. They are self-contained, collecting debris in a filter canister within the cleaner. Our robotic models come with built-in intellige. Our suction cleaners are very easy to install; simply attach them to your skimmer box to get started.
The Zodiac range of swimming pool chlorine generators (also referred to as saltwater chlorinators) create their own chlorine in the pool water, meaning you don't need to add chlorine to your pool manually. Using the Zodiac range of chlorine generators means you no longer need to purchase, transport, store or manually add chlorine as part of your routine maintenance.
The pool pump is the heart of the pool system the same way an engine is for a car. The pump plays a pivotal role in keeping your pool in good health by pumping water in a continuous cycle from the pool through the filter and chemical treatment system (if installed). After the water has been sanitised, it flows back into the pool via return-lines in the pools wall.
There are essentially two common types of filter sold in Australia, sand and cartridge. Sand filters are still the most commonly used filters in Australia. Robust, durable and low maintenance, sand filters can also be filled with different filtration media such as Zodiac Crystals (glass media) or Diamond Brite to provide deeper, more effective filtration.

I purchased the Zodiac CX20 pool cleaner to improve the performance of our pool and that’s what this unit took on and cleaned the pool.
Purchased from pool warehouse excellent service and deliveries only had taken a few days to arrive. The Zodiac CX20 robotics pool cleaner has done a better job cleaning the pool than l would have thought of, up the walls, all over the floor and steps. You still have to just brush a little bit into the pool, but really it does an amazing job, the best pool cleaner l have ever had.

Appalling...worst customer service, no one ever gets back to you -several calls and emails but no action. Moved into our new home in April 21 logged our first call regarding pool heater not working. Took 3 months for someone to come and look at it, told us there was a recall. Waited another 3 months after numerous calls and emails. Finally came out and did recall works however they failed to regulated gas pressure and therefore i have an F6 error. Its been six weeks and still no answer. Have been advised 'Crackentech?' Will come out but refuse to give us contact details and can't find company on

Appalling in a word. Can not get a straight answer as to when our pool heater may be repairs after over 2 months of contact. Always nice on the phone but no substance in their promises to return your call or email information about the recall repairs needed to get our heater back on line.
so many similar reviews so avoid this company at all costs as they can not back up their after sales service. Plenty of excuses and apologies but no action. we have sent an email today and we were promised a response but 3 hours later nothing!!! if we run our business like this we would go broke in a matter of

Worst Customer Service ever. Pool Heater recall debacle started in April 2021 when I registered for their safety repairs. Despite my follow ups it wasn't until August that they said they could schedule the repair. Then not until September 3rd that they could come on-site. Technician did some repair but then "failed" the unit saying would need some additional work and someone would contact me within 2 weeks to arrange.
Here we are 30 weeks after first registering and 78 days since they came on-site, and 7 further escalations on my part without a single response, or advice on what is happening.

Appalling service department. Never followed up on promised service recall of my pool heater. Wasted hours on hold to find an agent. Kept telling me that an engineer would get in contact but never did. Eventually admitted that the engineer was overbooked and said that another would be allocated after a chased them up several times. Never reply to emails. Hope to never have to deal with this company ever again!

I have called Fluidra at least25 times in the last 6 months and would have spent more than 30 hours either on hold or talking to team members during that time in response to a company recall of my pool heater that I was told to switch off and not use!
Without doubt, the worst run customer service I have ever encountered. They are full of empty promises and continually fail to meet even the most basic standards of communicating with customers. I have informed the company that my wife and I use the pool as our only means of exercise during lockdown for Covid 19 and I need the hydrotherapy following
