My last orthodontist moved and suggested Dr Sep. At first I was annoyed but since being a patient for almost a year I couldn't have asked for a better dentist/orthodontist. Dr Sep is a professional not to mention the nice staff. Once I forgot an appointment they were apologetic even though it was totally my fault!! lol if your thinking of braces for yourself or your kids this is definitely the place. I'm trying to think of any cons for this review but I can't lol 10/10 😀

This is my review & my family's personal experience: Approximately 2 years ago our daughter started seeing Dr Sepehr Tabatabaee (Dr Sep) at Wired Caboolture. Each appointment he told us she wasn't ready for braces and then we would come back after 6 months for a recheck. He was always kind to my daughter when we were at his surgery. My daughter is 11, once she had lost all her baby teeth he told us she was ready for braces. She has severe overcrowding & some of her adult teeth were unable to move down, there's no room. He told us she needed four adult teeth removed. I paid for a second opinion

Everyone of the staff are very polite, friendly and most-of-all outstandingly professional.
Every business has its terms and conditions in which doesn’t always suit the individuals values and point of view of each policy. But as I see it, a business is not a great business without its T&C and policy.
I first started my journey with wired orthodontist in OCTOBER 2019 and it’s coming to the halfway mark of progress and my teeth are well on its right track. At first I was worried that my teeth weren’t going to move as much as I imagined because I got my braces

I phoned to make an appointment to get a quote for an orthodontic repair. Lady who answered sounded friendly, very informative and gave a good rundown of possible costs, requirements and the available appointments. At the end of the call, I was told that the appointment will require a 48hr cancellation advice or it will cost $50 to cancel. I was fine with that but the next request caught me by surprise: I was asked for my credit card details in case I don't turn up for the appointment. Is this really necessary? This not only made me feel distrusted but very uncomfortable so I did not go ahead with

I was hesitant about having braces ; especially being a professional female in her forties. After a consultation with Dr Sep though I felt a strong sense of reassurance.
I cannot commend Sep enough. He did instilled trust within me because of his care. Friends comment about how my smile has improved.
Dr Sep is a perfectionist and I am really grateful for his attitude. I had to wait a few times before I saw him but I did not care as I knew he does his best for everyone.
