Really disappointing of quality & thickens of rubber weather seal on bottom of both roller doors. would not recommend the doors for this reason. my slab was uneven and I have a gap that is letting more water in than the old ones. An extra $500 for replacement seal to close gap is ridiculous. Company & staff fine beside this issue.

We had Mitch and his team install a new garage door for us this week. They converted 2 single doors into one large door and it looks amazing. I have to say that they were the most reliable, communicative and organised group of people we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The office staff were also the most pleasant and helpful. Outstanding service late on a Friday afternoon when everybody else seemed to have left for the weekend! Mitch came out and assessed the issue and said we needed a new motor....... he secured the garage door for us and made an appointment to replace the motor on the Tuesday..... the price was excellent and the communication was easy.....I would recommend this family company to anyone - you generally don’t see this level of customer service anymore...... so give them a go..... you won’t regret it....... they’re fantastic........
