Lincoln Plastics can guide its customers through the development of an idea or concept of the end component, through the tool (mould) construction process, followed by the final precision injection moulding. It also provides tooling maintenance onsite. Lincoln Plastics is staffed by a highly professional team, trained and experienced in many areas of product design and development as well as the intricacies of the injection moulding process.
With a highly skilled team of tradesmen with years of experience in all aspects of toolmaking, our capabilities include: Computer Aided Design (CAD)/Computer Aided Manufacture (CAM) facilities and Electronic Discharge Machine (EDM)/Computerised Numerical Control (CNC) services. Our toolroom is well equipped and able to produce the most intricate of moulds.
Lincoln Plastics was established in 1959 to service the brush-making industry and paint application market. Having moulded and supplied components for automotive applications, using Production Part Approval Process submissions. Manufactured tooling, and moulding a range of large plastic collars that are embedded into concrete floors in multi-floor buildings, for improved fire control.
In 1993, Lincoln Plastics Pty Ltd became one of the first South Australian plastic components manufacturers to attain quality certification to international standards for its Quality Management System. Today it maintains its Certification - AU1295-QC by being regularly assessed by TQCS International.
