I've ordered from Rowe Trading a few times over the past couple months, and every time it's been dispatched on the same or next business day, and has arrived (to Metro VIC) the day after that in perfect condition. Shipping of dangerous goods is a little more expensive, but my experiences with having these products show up extremely quickly and intact has made these costs totally worth it in my opinion.

I have been going to the team at Rowe Trading for all moulding supplies and advice for the last couple of years now and they are by far the best business to deal with, always friendly and the most experienced when it comes to anything mould making related, resins, silicones, urethanes, but most importantly giving good advice for whatever your project is. I work in mainly concrete and the materials have been amazing to work with. I love going to visit these guys and sometimes my pup comes along for the ride, he gets no shortage of pats! EDIT: Spoke to Rhiannon and my emails were not received by them as they had gone to s separate folder, she was more than helpful and is even replacing the products when it's the carriers fault that they're lost!
Ordered some Featherlite product from Rowe Trading and Star track delivered this to the incorrect address and Rowe trading were happy to just take the money and run without any help at all and not even as much as a response to a single one of my emails while ive been trying to sort this out and hunt my package down. Left without what i paid for and out of pocket.
