Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
Arranged to have Gary coming over to inspect the site for repair. He didn't turn up within the one hour time frame (supposedly between 8.30 and 9.30am). I called him at 10am and he said he was "caught up in a meeting". No courtesy to inform me that he's running late etc. That's unprofessional as far as I'm concerned.

Australian Waterproofing Company were really helpful. We had a bathroom in our extension that needed waterproofing and wanted it done right the first time. Gary was able to explain the process and the Australian Standards in detail. The team turned up on time and completed the works professionally. Dealing with Gary and Australian Waterproofing Company was easy and hassle free and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again in the future.

Used many waterproofing contractors but was not not satisfied with the service till I used waterproofing contractors in Melbourne for safeguarding my home. Here the quality of materials they use to waterproof your building is quite better, and gives a long lasting protection to your home from moisture or rain. Really impressed with the service.

What amazing service and work that was completed. Waterproofing of a pond that three other companies failed to fix. AWC did a full analysis and detailed look at the problem and offered a solution that has now been 100./. Water tight for over 12 months. Whilst the job was being done the team were near and tidy at our commercial premises, overall 5 stars! Thank you!

Great Job, promo service and on budget, bathroom looks fantastic, my wife and I are thrilled with everything.
The workmen were friendly and professional, were extremely neat and tidy, even took their boots off coming in and out of the house, very much appreciated.

The only thing impressive about this company is its website and youtube/marketing videos. Ohh and the owner is also a smooth talker. Used them to waterproof my balcony and its been leaking ever since. The warranty is not worth the paper its written on as it only covers materials and workmanship, NOT the expensive part of ripping up tiles up and getting a tiler in to relay the entire job! Funny how they say never to use liquid membranes over balconies as they inevitably leak - in fact up until a few years ago thats all they were using as they weren't qualified in applying the more durable and expensive
