Absolutely beautiful place, we loved it! Gorgeous cabins, perfect for the two of us in a stunning bush and mountain setting. Surrounded by birds, so peaceful but not far from town. Well provided for by the owners with food and drink in a super comfy little house with a deck with the best view!! Cute garden, full facilities, what more can I say?? We wish we were staying longer! We hope to be back!

We absolutely loved staying here. The views were breath taking, studio was amazing and every last detail was thought of. We loved the breakfast hamper and cooked a delicious breakfast each morning. Thank you so much David and Melany for this piece of paradise! Highly recommend the buckland studios for a weekend getaway, we will be back!

It's places like The Buckland Studios that make you wish 6 stars could be given! We just ended a 7 night stay at studio 4. The studio itself is worth every cent - spacious, contains everything you need, private and is very comfortable. But it's the communication and level of service from the owners & managers that guarantee your stay is extra special. The breakfast hamper provided is above and beyond any persons expectations, many additional treats were supplied as part of the hamper and the owners were even kind enough to assist with my spider phobia after a huntsman decided to join us uninvited

A beautiful little cottage. The amenities within the cottage were perfectly suited for anyone looking for a respite from day to day life. The cottage is tastefully furnished, making it a cosy haven. We experienced some stressful months and our weekend stay at the Buckland Studio, refreshed and rejuvated us. We would recommend this as a heavenly get-away and are looking forward to going back there, when lockdown eases. However, even with the lockdown, I would give our weekend a 100% rating since the studio itself had everything that took us away from all the stress of life.

We just loved our stay at The Buckland Studios. It is a little piece of paradise.The views they are breathtaking! It is absolutely magical looking over Mt Buffalo, it really is a beautiful part of the world. We stayed in Studio 1 with a luxurious bath to soak in looking out on the bushlands, everything was perfect.The studios are so private, spotlessly clean and have everything you need for a most comfortable and relaxing stay. A lovely breakfast hamper was provided that was generous with good quality food. We also arrange to have a BBQ hamper on arrival. It was exactly as described with quality

We wanted an escape from life, work & covid, and we got it. We were so well catered for with great quality food. A wonderful massage on arrival helped us wind down. My only wish is that if booked for longer. Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven

A stunning peaceful retreat. Our second time here. It is a tonic from the stress of city life. Beautifully appointed studios with cooking facilities, allows you to spend the day relaxing, having a wonderful massage, & soaking in the view over the Mount Buffalo range from your verandah.

What a truly magnificent place to stay. You feel like there is just the 2 of you there. Beautifully designed. Wake up with the views of woodlands from a huge bed. Cater for dietary requirements. All amenities included with a very spacious bathroom. Totally recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Buckland. The accommodation is simply beautiful, the owners Dave and Melany are a delight and go above and beyond for their guests. A convenient drive into Porepunkah, Bright and Mt Buffalo but feels so private, peaceful and serene. We will definitely be back!

The view from our studio of the picturesque Mount Buffalo was so relaxing and awe inspiring that it alone makes it worth the trip, but it also backs onto a forest, which you have a view of, from the deep soaking bathtub. It really was a wonderful place to get away from it all, my wife and I were able to actually relax and go home refreshed. The accomodation and supplies & toiletries provided were of such quality(and all sourced from Australia) we couldn't help feel like we were staying in an exclusive luxury resort. The owners Mel and Dave were very responsive and even made themselves available

I really loved my stay in Studio 2, my partner and I took a much needed escape for our 12 year anniversary. Buckland is a fantastic location and all the amenities you could possibly need. The breakfast supplies were perfect (and very filling). Plenty of fire wood and kindling to keep the fire going for our stay. The Buckland bath salts were a lovely touch.

My new husband and I have just left our week long honeymoon at The Buckland Studios and we are already talking about our plans to return. We stayed in studio 2 which was beautifully appointed with everything we… could need (recommend potentially staying in studio 5 if you want a full kitchen for a longer stay, but I really wanted the stunning wellness bathroom). The included breakfast hamper and ammenities were more than generous and I had fun whipping up cafe style breakfasts each morning. Mel and Dave made sure we had everything we needed and were only a message away to help or top up

This was our second visit to Buckland Studio and again we stayed in studio 3 . We had 5 amazing nights and felt right at home !
Although everything was contactless from check in to checkout , it didn’t ruin our… stay at all . I admit , I was a bit anxious about it at the beginning as I enjoyed the dining area and meeting the hosts and guests the first time we visited but honestly we prob enjoyed it more this time . We had a beautiful breakfast filled with delicious and local goodies . we got tx messages from Melany checking if we needed a top up which we appreciated hugely . Everything

There isn’t one word to describe just how amazing and stunning staying at the Buckland studios was The arrival views and the modern studio Truely speechless Would recommend to anyone in a heart beat 10/10

What a lovely experience. Even with changes due to Covid-19, everything was just right. The bush land, the amenities and the views! Thanks, Melany and David. Just superb.
