At HappyBeing we believe in yoga as journey. As a yoga school, we start with a strong, grounded foundation and breath work that supports you as you build on your practice. Research has shown time and time again that a regular yoga practice boosts the immune system as well as creating a sense of peace and wellbeing.

Yoga complements positive lifestyle choices by supporting your intentions to be your best self. Yoga in essence, means 'union' of body, breath and mind. Happy Being is a place of comfort, of becoming aware of your mind and body, Happy Being Yogis understand how beneficial Yoga is to the body and its necessary role in every day life.
Services
HappyBeing Yoga provides tailored yoga, exercise and wellbeing programs to corporate, sporting and educational environments as well as the general population. We believe in "Holistic Health" and that using a combination of natural practices and therapies are essential in maintaining physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Yoga helps to reduce the stress in the mind and thereby reduce the effects of stress on the body. Yogic practises can help to balance the production of stress hormones which will help to decrease heart rate and blood pressure, encouraging a balanced, focused state in the mind and body helping to decrease fatigue, increase energy levels and a sense of well-being.
Wear clothing that is loose and comfortable and allows you to move easily, when the weather is cooler have a jumper and socks with you for the relaxation at the end of class. Try not to eat 1.5-2 hours before a class. If you need to eat make sure it is something light so you do not feel unwell exercising on a full stomach.
Happy Being Yoga classes are conducted in a fun and casual atmosphere; classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. We will instruct and guide you, however you extend yourself as much as you choose to on the day. General Classes Suitable for all levels, Hatha and Vinyasa Power Flow Yoga classes comprised of rhythmic sequenced postures, static postures, breathing and meditation.
We offer a payment plan! Making it easier on the budget. If this interest you, please book, pay your deposit online and then contact us to setup the arrangement. Note: As bookings and payments are made at the beginning of the term, makeup classes are available for any missed classes. Missed classes where a makeup class has not been taken in the term will be forfeited.

The most warm, inviting, dynamic, fun yoga teacher you will ever be lucky enough to learn from - if I could give ten stars I would. I've been coming to Happy Being for four years and hope I can keep coming for twenty more.

When you step into a yoga class at HappyBeing, all the day's worries disappear. Jannin has a special ability to connect you to your body/breath awareness and you come out of class feeling rejuvenated. I recommend her classes to everyone!
