Every step of the process was seamless. Staff were friendly and I felt no pressure. Every question I had was answered quickly. Lloyd and his team are to be commended on their professionalism and how easy they made it for a first time investor like me. Hayley was always there to explain the next step. House was completed to a very high standard and I had tenants before the final handover, as I used ImpactRes for property management...can't ask for more than that.
