You must avoid the mistake I made in 2014, read my message to the founder
"This is almost 6 years from when first met and you set so called a property strategy plan, I remember we drove up 1000Km from Sydney with so much hope and excitement to put our future in to your hand,
6 years later the property that you so much emphasized is valuated $15,000 less than what we paid in 2015 and the rent has not only increased but facing several weeks vacancies. Worst is we deal with doggy people on pension and those don't even afford $300 a week rent!
I am writing just to say how you can be proud of yourself

The people from We Find Houses have been very helpful in every stage of the process of buying a property. From the first meeting and 'getting to know you' session, to the hand over of the keys, Paul and his team guided me through and made the whole process easy. This included financing, searching for and locating a house, legal issues and solicitors, the whole thing. The overall appoach was great too, with Paul setting out a longer term strategy rather than just a quick buy a house and see you later deal. I found working with Paul and the team at We Find Houses very convenient as i work in the FIFO industry and was very time poor at that point in time. They made every part of the process of buying a positive cashflow property simple and easy for me and were always happy to help out at anytime of the day or night taking my roster/hours into consideration. My investment property is performing well and I would highly recommend WFH to anyone that is time poor or just looking at buying an investment property in general.

I have found Paul to be a genuine, helpful and very knwoledgable guy without that sleazy sales person feel. Which is extremely hard to find in this industry. Everyone out there seems to be 'selling' you some atory or product or house whether its in your best interests or not. I truly believe Paul and the team have my best interests at heart each and everytime i speak to them. Couldnt be more happier i found them.
