Southern Vales Family Chiropractic is happy to offer running groups for both new and experienced runners. Whether you've never run a kilometer in your life, or enjoy running on a regular basis, we have a group that you are welcome to join. A programme for people that want to get into running, but don't know where to begin!

After trying numerous Physio, Chiro, Bowen therapy, massage and Accupuncture treatments around Adelaide over a 4 month period for a neck injury which caused loss for feeling in my arm and hand as well as pins and needles. Also consulting a Neurosurgeon.
