Called in to get a couple of pieces of detailed embroidery on an article of clothing for a gift, John and Steve talked me through the options and printed samples of the finished product. Terrible customer service unless your a "big" company don't bother orders where wrong 6 weeks later then told when items are done no contact made and the last order of jumpers with basic logo on rear $400plus was just too hard and was told after 2 weeks they won't be able to complete and thanks anyways
