The arrival staff appeared disengaged. I provided my credit card re incidentals and had breakfast on the morning of my departure. After confirming they would access the card re the $12 breakfast, I received an invoice of $24 which inferred a breakfast on 12th May...but did not arrive until 4pm on 12th. Called in after golf re left a container with leftover pizza in the fridge. Doesn't matter about disposal of fridge content, but that was the opportunity to sort out the breakfast matter if an alert or communication at change overs had occurred. Reception staff looked and sounded flat. Motel has

A beautifully located place, close to everything in Orange!
The rooms are very clean and cozy, everything you'd need for a comfortable stay included. Very reasonably priced, and the stuff are so friendly and helpful! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend, and will definitely stay here again next time!

I recently stayed in the family room. Upon entry of the premises it may appear like a mistake, but as the adage says "never judge a book by its cover". The room was very clean, moden and renovated. Bathroom exceptional, but I was very impressed with the size and cleanliness. Beds were comfortable, even electric blankets supplied. Excellent range of TV channels including Netflix. Location wise, perfect. Under a minute walk to Coles and nearby cafes, restaurants and shops. The motel is attached to a pub which has an good range of food. Staff very friendly. This is a real surprise. Would I stay here

Much better than we expected, perfect for the 3 of us for one night and great location right near the centre of town.
We booked the King spa room for 2 adults and 1 child - which was nice, they've made the effort to make a classic historical motel feel more up to date, and have done a good job inside the rooms doing this. Looks classic and heritage from the outside, and more up to date on the inside.
You pay and book here for the location mostly, close walk into town and good value for money from that respect.
Thank you for having us!

Excellent hotel, close to town centre and reasonable price.
Top marks for the refurbished rooms that have excellent lighting, comfortable beds and clean bathroom facilities.
My personal bugbear with hotels is poor room lighting, this motel has excellent lighting plus USB PowerPoint near the bed to charge mobile and tablet.
10/10 for all items.
