Have always got what I wanted here and never waited long to be loaded, five star service. Have purchased tons of stuff from them in the past. Only wanted a couple of buckets of top dressing soil this time. I am 79 years old and no help was offered to fill and lift the heavy buckets into my Ute. Very surprised that there is a minimum charge of $10 for credit card purchases. May look at an alternative supplier next time. Perhaps someone who's more considerate towards their customers. Little fish are sweet. This little fish may have a bigger order next time.

I recently went the for half a cube of potting mix, they doubled the price from last time o got it. $132 for half cube. That is 500 liters. I passed, and went to bunnings $3.50 for 25 liters. 20 bags = half a cube. $70. All ready bagged, don't need a trailer, Don't have to shovel it. Greedy, that's all I think of these guys. In my opinion.

Unfortunately I placed an order for turf and was told it would be available around 9am.when I arrived to pick it up I was advised there was a problem and the only delivery was to the Ormeau store but they would send a truck to willawong within the hour. I have been waiting for over 2 hours in the carpark and was told it has been loaded and will arrive soon.Extremely disappointed with level of service/organisation as there was not even a phone call to advise delay.

Ordered a cubic metre of mulch on Monday. Delivered and dropped off in almost exactly the right spot on the Tuesday. Even left a note apologising that they couldn’t get to the exact spot because of the wet grass.
Delivery cost only $30 compared to other places charging around $90.

Has anybody else had their windscreen or other damage following one of Western Landscape Supplies tip trucks ? Scott Wilson the owner told me they regularly get complaints of stone damage but unless you have video footage bad luck ! works out to be a lot of damage when Scott says he has 60 trucks ! Complaint has been lodged with Compliance - Qld Transport. At least we know the truck is registered. More to come. If you have had your vehicle damaged following one of these trucks feel free to contact me. My mate suggests to get a dash cam and follow his trucks around recording any stones etc coming
