Our landscape yard has been in the area for over a decade, originally Bracken Ridge Garden & Landscape, it was purchased in 2002 by the Jackson family, change was in order and change there was, the business grew and improved dramatically, so much so that we where the winners of the Quest Business Achievers award.
After some time the decision was made to change the name to Jacksons and that is how it has been ever since. Soil was filled with broken glass . When I let them know they didn't want to help and just said to sell it to someone else and don't tell them about the glass.
They refuse to help get rid of the dirt and are fine with leaving glass out the front of our house.
I try to meet them half way but they don't care about the customer at all.
