Rude and unprofessional. Sent an item to be dry cleaned through our tailor and did not realise it would be sent to this place. They not only damaged the item to be dry cleaned but were initially unwilling to fix the problem. Had to leave the item and was told that I would be contacted when it was ready for pickup. Six months passed and not a single attempt at contact from this ‘business’. When I eventually called to follow up, staff member was both lacking in manners (speaking over the top of me) and apathetic to the problem they had caused. Will be making a formal complaint with the ACT Office
