We had our garage door break late in the evening, the day before Australia day, I texted Lou on the off chance he could help out, he was planning to have the public holiday off but came over anyway as he knew we'd be stuck inside without his help. He is a real gent, easy to talk to and is clearly a very decent guy. Can't thank him enough for his help. The door works perfectly too.
