During the current lockdown period we are running online interactive classes. You simply need to login and join us. Our online classes are not like other online sessions that are pre-recorded.

Scroll down the page to see a schedule of fitness training classes and class descriptions. There is a combination of sessions to suit you whatever your fitness goal.
Everyone has different needs and different levels of commitment. At OutX we have a number of ways to structure your membership to ensure that you get the most out of your training. Our class prices, packages and subscriptions have been updated for the duration of the Sydney lockdown. You want to commit to coming to class regularly but you want the flexibility to choose how often.

Great outdoor group fitness sessions. A great variety of classes available and many session times.
The trainer Luke is very experienced and makes the sessions challenging for all fitness levels.
Also a very friendly group of participants and fun environment. A great way to build fitness and stay motivated. I highly recommend you give it a go.

On moving to Botany two and a half years ago, joining OutX was one of the best things I've done here. It's a fun and easy way to keep fit and social. Running, boxing, strength, yoga and stretching, there's definately something to suit everyone 😀 Luke is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainer, extremely approachable, and provides loads of encouragement to everyone. Very affordable. Come join the team!

My one and only regret about joining OutX is not joining earlier! Over the past twelve months, I’ve gradually increased my attendance to at least one fitness class a day (except Sundays) and have never felt better! I’m stronger, fitter, sleep better and far more confident. Don’t wait any longer, as they say, do yourself a favour! Join and enjoy!

I'm in Botany for a short while but I wanted to get back into exercise. OutX makes it so easy with many great classes to choose from. The location is great and with the great weather we have in Sydney exercising outdoors is so refreshing plus the people who join the classes are always so welcoming. Highly recommend OutX Fitness.

Have been training with Luke at OutX for 4 years. The schedule allows plenty of options throughout the day and Luke mixes the sessions up so there is something for everyone while also helping with fitness with the varied programs. Good for everyone whether getting back into it or trying to stay fit.

I have been training with Out X for around 3 years and love both the fitness side of it and the social side as It's such a great group of people who are friendly and keep you motivated. I love training outdoors in the elements and Luke is an amazing trainer with so much knowledge and can adapt the training to suit your needs , It doesn't matter what level your at with your fitness everyone has a great time even while exercising!!. I look forward to my session's each week!
