Having graduated from the Queensland University of Technology, Ben joined Brisbane City Council as a Town Planner in Development Assessment where he specialised in the assessment of development applications (including major residential, industrial and commercial projects) as well as appeals in the Planning & Environment Court.
Risk Smart is a simple and fast way to get low-risk development proposals approved by Brisbane City Council. For eligible proposals, iPlan is responsible for assessing the development application against Brisbane City Council's codes and policies as well as the preparation of draft conditions and approval packages.
